Frontier Behavioral Health (FBH) is a non-profit organization with over 100 years of experience serving the Spokane community. We provide evidence-based treatment to adults, youth, and seniors facing various behavioral health challenges. As a Trauma-Informed Care Organization, we are dedicated to fostering recovery and empowering clients to lead fulfilling lives. Our Child and Family Services division offers a range of mental health and behavioral interventions for children, adolescents, and their families, which can be brief, episodic, solution-focused, or long-term depending on the complexity of the issues and their impact on functioning. Services may include individual, group, and family therapy, case management, parenting support, psychological testing, psychiatric medication management, and crisis management. The Mental Health Clinician will deliver trauma-informed, person-centered, evidence-based therapy within an FBH outpatient program. This role involves participating in a multidisciplinary team, providing therapeutic interventions, developing and implementing recovery care plans, educating clients, advocating for clients, conducting risk assessments, and monitoring client progress in virtual, office, or community-based settings.
