About The Position
This role involves assisting individuals in accessing essential medical, social, educational, and other necessary resources. Key functions include providing rehabilitative and skills training, case management, care coordination, treatment planning, and crisis services. The position also requires thorough documentation of client progress, supported employment services, and telemedicine services. A valid Texas driver's license with an acceptable driving record and personal liability insurance are mandatory. Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office, is also required.
Requirements
- Bachelors or better in Counseling Psychology, Psychology, Social Work, or Sociology.
- Valid Texas driver's license and acceptable driving record.
- Personal liability insurance as required by the state of Texas.
- Working computer skills including Microsoft Office.

- Prior mental health experience.
- Ability to communicate and work effectively in a fast-paced work setting.
- Ability to plan, implement, and prioritize assignments.
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish).
