Mental Health Caseworker/QMHP (ACT Team)
About The Position
This role involves assisting individuals in accessing essential resources such as medical, social, and educational services. The position includes providing rehabilitative and skills training, case management, care coordination, treatment planning, and crisis intervention. Documentation of client progress is also a key responsibility. Additionally, the role offers supported employment and telemedicine services. A valid Texas driver's license, an acceptable driving record, and personal liability insurance as required by Texas law are mandatory. Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office, is necessary.
