Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in psychology, counseling, or social work, or other human services degree.
• One (1) year experience working in social services or health care required.
• Must be able to obtain a Registered Agency Affiliated license through the Washington Department of Health within 30 days upon hire.
• Ability to travel between ICHS sites as needed.
• If using personal vehicle to travel, valid Driver's License and Proof of Insurance is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide culturally sensitive case management to a wide range of clients as a member of the Behavioral Health team.
• Support clients in developing individualized care plans.
• Assist clients in seeking appropriate community resources.
• Collaborate with other care providers to help clients reach their goals.
• Assist clients in finding mental wellbeing.
