You'll work alongside licensed clinicians and a multidisciplinary treatment team while gaining valuable, hands-on experience in behavioral healthcare. This opportunity offers on-the-job training, development of real-world behavioral health experience, and exploration of opportunities to advance toward a master's program. You will work alongside licensed clinicians and support group, individual, and family treatment services. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Valid driver's license
  • Willingness to drive a company van
  • Dependable, compassionate, and interested in building a career in behavioral healthcare

Responsibilities

  • Supporting and monitoring clients throughout the treatment day
  • Assisting with group and psychoeducational sessions
  • Supervising breaks, activities, transportation, and other program activities
  • Supporting the team during behavioral health or crisis situations
  • Assisting with urine screenings and related documentation
  • Completing routine documentation, chart reviews, and clerical tasks
  • Communicating client concerns and observations to the treatment team
  • Building professional relationships while maintaining healthy boundaries
  • Using trauma-informed and culturally responsive approaches
  • Participating in team meetings, training, quality improvement, and continuing education
  • Providing transportation support when assigned
