The Mental Health Associate Manager is responsible for ensuring the Milieu on each of the units is engaging with and to the patients. Is responsible for accomplishing department objectives by managing staff; planning and evaluating unit milieu. The MHA Manager also acts as a Human Rights Officer (HRO) Our positions require employees to work every other weekend and there is a competitive shift differential for the evening, night, and weekend shifts. Requirements

High School Degree or equivalent is required; Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
3-5 years experience in an inpatient psychiatric setting is required
College student who have obtained or are pursuing their degree in behavioral health, psychology, or human services are preferred
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Impeccable Judgment & professionalism
Ability to maintain composure in a crisis situation
