About The Position

This position will be responsible for providing direct patient care to all developmental populations, which includes maintaining milieu/patient safety, providing skill-building educational groups, and observing patient behavior/and pertinent documentation. Ability to drive PBH vehicles, transport patients, correspondence, mail, materials, cash, checks, and specimens within the hospital complex. Provides supportive services to promote optimal patient care.

Requirements

• High School Diploma with some college classes preferred
• Valid driver’s license if assigned to drive a company vehicle
• Proof of insurance if assigned to drive a personal vehicle
• CPR certification within 60 days
• CPI certification within 90 days
• 1 year in Mental Health Field, or other relevant experience
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Ability to assist with 100 pounds
