About The Position

Pomelo Care is seeking experienced midlife providers (CNM or WHNP) to join their network and deliver synchronous patient visits for individuals navigating perimenopause and menopause. This is a 1099 independent contractor role, meaning it is not an employment (W-2) position and does not include employee benefits. Pomelo Care will provide support services such as client matching, billing, and administrative assistance to independent contractors. The role involves conducting video visits, assessing symptoms, developing and adjusting treatment plans (including prescribing medications like hormone therapy and GLP-1s), and maintaining accurate documentation in compliance with relevant standards.

Requirements

Active APP license (CNM, WHNP, or NP) in Pennsylvania
Minimum of 3 years of menopause care experience, including prescribing and managing hormone therapy, GLP-1s, and non-hormonal Rx
Comfortable using telehealth platforms, video conferencing tools, and electronic documentation systems
Strong clinical judgment with the ability to work independently during patient visits
Possess personal liability insurance

Responsibilities

Conduct synchronous video visits with patients navigating perimenopause and menopause
Assess symptoms, develop and adjust treatment plans, including prescribing and managing medications such as hormone therapy, GLP-1s, and non-hormonal Rx, when clinically appropriate and legally permitted
Maintain timely and accurate documentation
Follow applicable clinical, documentation, privacy, quality, and compliance standards for visits conducted through Pomelo
