About The Position

Contra Costa Christian Schools (CCCS) is seeking a qualified and motivated coach to lead our High School Men's Varsity Volleyball team. As a distinctively Christian learning community committed to academic excellence, CCCS aims to prepare the next generation to impact the world for Christ. The athletic program focuses on strong fundamentals, skill development, and building team success, all while fostering character, discipline, and integrity in student-athletes. This coaching position is offered as an Independent Contractor role for the upcoming season, running from August 10, 2026, to November 7, 2026. The ideal coach will have a solid background in volleyball, a deep understanding of the game's technical aspects, and a strong emphasis on teaching core fundamentals. The coach should be able to effectively develop players' skills, foster a positive team environment, and communicate strategies that enhance individual and team performance. A collaborative leadership style and a broad understanding of competitive techniques are also desired.

Requirements

CPR Certification
Valid CA Driver License
Willingness to undergo a Live Scan Fingerprinting
Willingness to complete a TB Test
