Men's Locker Room Restaurant Attendant
About The Position
The Longue Vue Club is looking for Men’s Locker Room Cook/Servers to join our team and provide excellent service to our members and their guests. This is a great opportunity for a college student looking for a fun, fast paced seasonal position. The Men’s Locker Room Cook/Server prepares hot and cold sandwiches to order, as well as performing bartending and serving duties. The person must be flexible in meeting the varying scheduling needs of the Club and may be required to work additional hours than scheduled if necessary. Our staff members are team players. It is the responsibility of all staff to provide a warm, friendly environment creating a world class experience for our members and guests.
Requirements
- Positive attitude
- Well Groomed, we provide uniforms
- Ability to stand a long period of time
- Must be able to climb stairs and carry items weighing 20 pounds
- Strong work ethic
- Good communication skills
- Weekend, evening, and holiday availability
Nice To Haves
- If no experience, we will be happy to train
Responsibilities
- Arrives well groomed and dressed in the appropriate uniform.
- Daily food prep including utilizing meat slicer, deep fryer and flat top grill on a daily basis
- Prepares hot and cold sandwiches to order
- Ensures food product is stocked and ready to go for service.
- Responsible for the cleanliness of the kitchen area
- Utilizes First In First Out Method
- Will act as a bartender/server
