About The Position

As a Men's Locker Room Attendant, you will be responsible for providing clean and orderly locker rooms for our members while ensuring that common areas are maintained and meet the Club’s Standards.

Requirements

  • Ability to arrive on time and in proper uniform (Ridglea logo polo, black or khaki slacks, black socks, black polish-able shoes).
  • Ability to report to Food & Beverage Manager regarding burned out light bulbs.
  • Ability to clean, polish and maintain members shoes and boots upon request.
  • Ability to maintain shoe care supplies and provide requests to Food & Beverage Manager.
  • Ability to complete daily checklist including checking lights, steam room, and sauna functionality and temperature.
  • Ability to maintain water station with ice, water, cups, straws, and lids.
  • Ability to clean and scrub showers thoroughly with Tilex and Bleach multiple times per day.
  • Ability to thoroughly clean all toilets and urinals and replace urinal screens when dirty.
  • Ability to sweep and mop all tile floors, changing out dirty water and cleaning with fresh chemicals and water after each use.
  • Ability to clean counter tops, sink basins, and mirrors (with glass cleaner) in MLR.
  • Ability to collect dirty towels, return them to the laundry room, bring back fresh towels, and re-stock. Report to Food & Beverage Manager when low on towels.
  • Ability to dust and clean all ceiling vents throughout the locker room on a daily basis.
  • Ability to re-fill all amenity products on the counter and dust all surfaces, including tops of lockers.
  • Ability to ensure sufficient bath towels and at least 20 rolled hand towels in each sink area.
  • Ability to ensure all soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion are full at all times.
  • Ability to empty trash continuously throughout the shift.
  • Ability to vacuum all carpets and dust corners throughout the day, being cognizant of Member proximity.
  • Ability to dust all lockers, cabinets, and paneling in the MLR on a weekly basis.
  • Ability to report any repairs or locker room issues to the Food & Beverage Manager.
  • Ability to provide the monthly locker room supply order to Food & Beverage Manager by the last day of each month.
  • Ability to perform any additional tasks as requested by the Food & Beverage Manager.

  • Complete the daily checklist which includes: check the lights, steam room and sauna are working and are at the proper temperature.
  • Maintain the water station with ice, water, cups, straws and lids.
  • Clean and scrub showers thoroughly with Tilex and Bleach, multiple times per day.
  • Thoroughly clean all toilets and urinals; replace urinal screens when dirty.
  • Sweep and mop all the floors with a tile surface. Change out dirty water and always clean with fresh chemicals and water after each use.
  • Clean all counter tops, sink basins and mirrors (with glass cleaner) in MLR.
  • Collect the dirty towels and return to laundry room and bring back fresh towels and re-stock. Report to Food & Beverage Manager when low on towels.
  • Dust and clean all ceiling vents throughout the locker room on a daily basis.
  • Re-fill all amenity products on the counter (leaving all the tops on) and dusting (all surfaces, tops of lockers etc.)
  • Ensure that there are sufficient bath towels and at least 20 rolled hand towels in each sink area.
  • Ensure that all soap, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion are full at all times.
  • Empty trash continuously throughout your shift.
  • Vacuum all carpets and dust corners throughout the day (be cognizant of Member proximity).
  • Dust all the lockers, cabinets and paneling in the MLR on a weekly basis.
