About The Position
The Men's Fitness Attendant provides customer service and maintains cleanliness standards for the Men's Fitness department. This role creates a welcoming and safe environment for all Members and Guests.
Requirements
- A minimum of one (1) year of experience in a customer service setting
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication skills and a customer service mindset.
Nice To Haves
- CPR Certification preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide personalized customer service by promptly and knowledgeably addressing inquiries, assisting members with orientations, and resolving member issues
- Maintain safety and cleanliness standards in the locker room and sports shop, ensuring a hygienic and secure environment for all users
- Maintain inventory for the department, stocking and replenishing supplies as necessary
- Perform safety and security tasks, including handling emergency calls and reporting any injuries or theft incidents promptly
- Take an active role in ensuring the safety and functionality of equipment and facilities, promptly addressing any maintenance or repair needs in the conditioning area
- Other duties as assigned.
