Requirements
- Must be licensed or certified by the operating state to administer medications through a QMA, CMA, or state-required medication-passing certification and must maintain current and unencumbered certifications.
Nice To Haves
- CPR certified and/or first aid certified preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist the nursing department in caring for, coordinating, and managing residents' needs in the community and will act within State Regulations and Sonida Senior Living Policies and Procedures.
- Assist residents with dressing, bathing, personal hygiene, and grooming.
- Help make beds and empty trash.
- Monitor and assist with medication provision following standards established by facility policies and procedures.
- Properly document medication provision, services delivered, and, if appropriate, resident condition.
- Follow instructions given by supervisor and communicate with supervisor on resident health questions/concerns as necessary.
