About The Position

Bridge Senior Living is seeking a Memory Care Director for their Lilac Trace Department. This role is responsible for developing and executing the 'Meet Me Where I Am' approach to Memory Care, ensuring maximum quality resident care through program utilization. The Director will also develop, implement, and maintain a Quality Assurance program, identify and correct deficiencies, and drive expansion and innovation in program services. Additionally, the role involves managing staff, including recruitment, training, coaching, and counseling, and maintaining communication with families and residents regarding issues and developments.

Requirements

Combination of education and/or experience in Memory Care, Dementia Care or Alzheimer’s
Must be an LPN
2-3 years of experience programming in a Senior Living environment or similar
First Aid & CPR Certified
At least 3-5 years of related work experience as a Memory Care Director

Responsibilities

Developing and executing the Meet Me Where I Am approach to Memory Care utilizing all program components to maximize quality Resident care.
Developing, implementing, and maintaining an ongoing Quality Assurance program.
Providing appropriate plans of action to correct any identified deficiencies.
Actively planning, developing, and implementing expansion and/or innovation in program services.
Recruiting, training, coaching, counseling, and directing the staff in Lilac Trace.
Communicating and working with Families and Residents of Lilac Trace to update on issues and developments.
