Requirements

• Valid Texas LVN license or compact nursing license
• Experience as a nurse leader in a skilled nursing facility
• Experience working directly with memory care patients
• Strong leadership, communication, and team‑building skills
• Experience working with individuals living with dementia, including program development and understanding of disease progression
• A compassionate heart and a service‑driven mindset
• A commitment to ensuring every resident receives dignified, person‑centered care

• Provide support and education to families, helping them navigate their loved one’s journey with compassion and understanding.
• Inspire and mentor your team, ensuring that best practices in dementia care are delivered consistently and with heart.
