About The Position
The Ashton on the Greens, a premier retirement community in St. Augustine, FL, provides quality care to residents in an ASSISTED LIVING and MEMORY CARE community. This role focuses on memory care activities and programming.
Requirements
- Maintain CPR/First Aid Certification.
- College credits required.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a monthly programming calendar based on resident preferences.
- Train new staff on the Magnolia Trails Pillars and expectations.
- Ensures a safe environment for the residents by following Prohibited Items and Safety Check policies.
- Communicate with family members and provide ongoing support and education.
- Conduct informative tours for prospective residents and their family members when necessary.
