The Windsor at Celebration is recruiting for Memory Care Coordinator. In this role you will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and coordinating meaningful activities appropriate to the needs and interests of residents and conducive to their physical, mental and social well-being. The Memory Care Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the Memory Care program and the Community philosophy are implemented and practiced within the specialized unit in the community.
