About The Position
This is an overnight, part-time position for a Memory Care CNA/CHHA. The role involves providing warm, engaging personal care services, support, and companionship to residents. It also includes assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) and monitoring for changes in their needs, communicating these to the Nurse for updates to their personal Resident Care Plan. Encouraging resident participation in community programs and activities is also a key part of the role.
Requirements
- A positive attitude and love working with people!
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
Nice To Haves
- A current state required certification as a CNA/HHA/CHHA- Medication Aide Certified is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Provide warm, engaging personal care services, support, and companionship.
- Engage and assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
- Look for changes in residents' day and personal care needs and work with the Nurse to update their personal Resident Care Plan.
- Encourage resident participation in community programs and activities.
