Requirements

• Must be age 21 years or older
• Current and active New Jersey CNA certification
• 1 or more years of experience working in an assisted living or long-term care setting
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
• Applicants for this position must be able to produce a negative drug test.
• Applicants may be subject to a background check.
• Employees in this position must be able to satisfactorily perform the essential functions of the position.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily personal care support to residents including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene in memory care environment
• Follow resident care plans and complete appropriate documentation to support continuity of care
• Conduct regular rounds on residents to provide consistent, individualized support
• Assist residents during mealtimes and with mobility equipment
• Build meaningful connections with residents and work collaboratively with team members
