About The Position
Juniper Communities is seeking a compassionate and energetic individual to join their Connections team at Juniper Village at Devon. This role assists in the creation, planning, and implementation of the Connections program, which are the daily activities for residents. The goal is to ensure the maximum levels of resident leisure contentment, as well as physical, mental, and psychological well-being. Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Knowledge of the physiology and psychology of the older adult.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Therapeutic Recreation, Psychology, Gerontology, or other related field
- Previous experience in healthcare or service related setting
- Memory Care Experience
Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, developing, organizing, implementing, and evaluating of the Connections activity program for the community.
- Works closely with Wellness Associates for the implementation of Connections activity programs.
