Crunch Fitness is seeking an energetic, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented Membership Support Specialist to join its fast-growing team at the Corporate Office in Tampa, FL. This entry-level role is crucial for supporting the corporate office by serving as a key point of contact for clubs, assisting with member inquiries, processing account updates, and helping resolve billing issues. Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalency required
- Proficient reading and writing skills
- Impeccable scheduling and time management skills
- Efficient and effective communication skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and is considerably tech-savvy
- Google Sheets Proficiency Required

Nice To Haves
- Previous experience with administrative duties in an office setting is preferred
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clubs, addressing inquiries and resolving membership issues in a timely manner
- Receive and process all membership changes and billing issues
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date member information in the company’s database or CRM system
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve account discrepancies, billing issues, or membership concerns
- Prepare and distribute regular reports on membership activity, billing, or other relevant metrics
- Support any other tasks and duties assigned by leadership to support the corporate office
