Under the supervision of the Membership Director, the Membership Services Representative builds relationships with members and provide helpful, friendly and professional customer service. They are responsible for ensuring the membership department conveys the mission, purpose, image and core values of the YMCA of Southern Maine. The role involves building positive relationships, providing excellent customer service, understanding member needs, and accurately conveying membership policies and procedures. Additionally, the position requires managing monetary transactions and maintaining accurate data tracking.
