This role requires professionals who are confident in building relationships, following up with leads, and converting prospects into long-term members while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Requirements

Sales, retail, hospitality, customer service, or membership sales experience preferred
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable initiating conversations and asking for the sale
Highly dependable with strong work ethic and professionalism
Positive attitude with a competitive, results-driven mindset
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Must be comfortable working evenings and weekends

Responsibilities

Convert leads into memberships through phone calls, text follow-up, studio tours, and in-person interactions
Build relationships with prospective and current members
Consistently hit and exceed monthly sales goals
Deliver an energetic, welcoming, and professional first impression
Manage lead follow-up and appointment scheduling with urgency and consistency
Represent Orangetheory Fitness at community events and local outreach opportunities
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional studio environment
