About The Position
This is a sales role focused on driving new memberships and delivering an exceptional first experience for every guest. It is not a front desk job. The ideal candidate is competitive, loves closing, and wants to be paid for performance. The company is looking for a high-energy, results-driven Membership Sales Specialist.
Requirements
- Competitive and goal-driven
- Confident communicators who aren’t afraid to ask for the sale
- Experience in sales, retail, or high-volume customer environments
- High energy, fast-paced, and performance-focused mindset
- Flexible availability, including early mornings (4:30 AM – 12:30 PM), evenings (3:30 PM – 7:00 PM), and weekends required (Saturday & Sunday 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM)
- Must be available for weekends and a mix of shifts
Responsibilities
- Convert leads into memberships (phone, text, and in-person)
- Consistently hit and exceed monthly sales goals
- Build relationships that drive referrals and retention
- Bring energy to the studio—every guest, every time
