About The Position

The Membership Sales & Relations Manager is responsible for driving membership growth while cultivating meaningful relationships that enhance the overall Member experience. This role combines strategic sales execution with high-touch hospitality, ensuring both prospective and current Members feel engaged, valued, and connected to the Club.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Proven track record of successful sales performance, ideally within a private club or hospitality environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for serving Members and guests
  • Professional presence with an outgoing, approachable demeanor
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is a plus
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through

Responsibilities

  • Proactively recruit and enroll new Members to achieve and exceed established membership goals
  • Conduct engaging and informative property tours that effectively showcase the Club’s amenities, lifestyle, and value
  • Maintain and manage a comprehensive prospect database
  • Execute prompt, consistent, and thorough follow-up with all leads
  • Guide prospective Members through the full enrollment process from initial inquiry to onboarding
  • Ensure all membership applications and documentation are accurate, complete, and submitted in a timely manner
  • Partner with the Director of Club Marketing to develop and support social media campaigns that increase brand awareness and engagement
  • Facilitate new Member orientations to ensure a seamless introduction to the Club
  • Conduct follow-up outreach with new Members to evaluate satisfaction and encourage engagement
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with referral sources and local community partners
  • Educate local realtors and community stakeholders on Club membership offerings and benefits
  • Adhere to and support the Club’s membership plan and strategic initiatives
  • Serve as a visible and active ambassador of the Club within the community and at Club events
  • Collaborate with internal teams to continuously enhance the Member experience
  • Communicate relevant new Member information across departments to ensure a high level of service continuity
  • Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service with professionalism and enthusiasm
  • Support Member retention efforts in partnership with the management team
  • All other duties as assigned
