About The Position

Lead the Pack at Scenthound! As a Membership Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving membership sales and creating an exceptional customer experience. Requirements

• A proactive, results-driven leader with a passion for sales

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate a team and connect with customers
• A commitment to dog safety and wellness
• Retail or membership-based sales experience

Responsibilities

• Drive membership sales and revenue growth by educating customers on the benefits of routine hygiene for dogs
• Lead, train, and develop a high-performing sales and service team
• Build relationships with dog parents and community partners
• Manage daily operations to maintain efficiency, cleanliness, and service excellence
• Manage the store when the General Manager is not on site.
