Silver Creek Valley Country Club is seeking a Membership Sales Director! Qualified candidates will thrive in a hospitality environment and be highly focused on providing superior service. Summary: The Sales Director is responsible for implementing and leading an aggressive sales and marketing plan to promote the services, facilities, and benefits of Club membership to multiple target markets. Candidate should be able to think broadly and analyze the Club’s position and industry trends to make appropriate recommendations to the General Manager. This position oversees all prospective membership sales and follows through with conversions, the membership approval process, new member onboarding, and overall membership strategy. Responsible for creating and overseeing the delivery of sales & marketing programs and services to Silver Creek Valley Country Club by leveraging interpersonal relationships, industry best practices, and current trends in the marketplace.
