About The Position

This position will lead membership growth from the Founding Campaign through Masters Week opening, guiding Dunaway to its 435-member goal by 2028. The role will continue to expand the club's national presence and community-ideal for a polished, driven professional who excels in relationship-focused, high-touch sales.

Requirements

  • At least 8-10 years' experience in luxury membership, private club, or high-net-worth sales.
  • Strong existing network in Atlanta and at least two other national markets.
  • Passion for golf, wellness, and relationship-driven sales.
  • Exceptional communication, presence, and attention to detail.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independently.
  • Willingness to travel nationally (20-30%).

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a membership sales strategy to achieve initiation and dues revenue goals.
  • Cultivate strategic partnerships with women's leadership organizations and luxury lifestyle brands to drive qualified referrals and expand Dunaway's ambassador network.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of affluent prospects through personal networking, events, and partnerships.
  • Lead private dinners, preview events, and national roadshows in key markets (Atlanta, New York, Palm Beach, Dallas, LA, Chicago.
  • Launch the Founders Ambassador Program and collaborate with luxury and LPGA-aligned partners.
  • Maintain CRM tracking, reporting, and forecasting to meet or exceed pre-opening targets.
