Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Conduct club tours and fitness consultations
  • Convert leads into members
  • Follow up with prospects by phone, text, and email
  • Sell memberships and personal training programs
  • Achieve monthly sales targets
  • Leading small group workouts
  • Motivating members during sessions
  • Modifying exercises for different fitness levels
  • Ensuring safe and effective workouts
  • Build relationships with local businesses
  • Attend community and Chamber events
  • Coordinate promotional campaigns
  • Help execute creative marketing initiatives
  • Engage the community through social media
  • Supporting trainers and staff
  • Encouraging teamwork and accountability
  • Creating an environment members love
  • Guests feel welcome the moment they walk in
