About The Position

The Los Angeles Rams are looking for a Membership Sales Consultant to join their Sales team. This role will be responsible for selling a full menu of ticket products for the Los Angeles Rams, contributing to revenue for the 2026 season and beyond. The position is based in the Rams' new business office in Woodland Hills, CA. The Rams organization aims to connect people through sport and make a meaningful impact, embodying the diversity and uniqueness of Los Angeles.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 1-2 years sports sales experience
  • Highly motivated self-starter with a passion for strategic thinking
  • Coachable and eager to learn every day
  • Ability to work well in a team selling environment and collaborate with others
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and general creativity
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and ability to effectively communicate with prospects, customers, and internal team

  • Possess both personal and professional communication skills to interface with all levels of a company, both internally and externally.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Familiar with Salesforce, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, Archtics, and Digital Presentation tools
  • Ability to work irregular hours, including Rams Home Games, special events, nights, weekends and holidays
  • Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation with ability to travel to offsite client meetings/presentations

Responsibilities

  • Sell a full menu of ticket products for the Los Angeles Rams, including Stadium Seat Licenses (SSLs), Group Tickets & Single Game Suite Rentals.
  • Turn prospects into loyal customers and integrate them into the 'RAMily'.
  • Close sales by recommending appropriate seating products for clients' personal or professional needs.
  • Earn referral business by networking with existing and potential clients.
  • Collaborate daily with teammates to identify best practices for sales and prospecting.
  • Handle incoming interest calls and information requests from prospective clients for all ticket sales products.
  • Execute and lead sales presentations on-site within the stadium, virtually, and off-site at prospect locations throughout the Los Angeles and Southern California region.
  • Utilize the company CRM system to manage accounts, pipelines, sales processes, and activities.
  • Create, track, develop, and maintain all proposals, research, and contracts, adhering to all sales processes.
  • Exceed individual sales goals and meet targets.
  • Assist the service team during peak times and support other departments as needed.
  • Participate in events, promotions, client entertainment, and other required activities.
  • Work various roles on game days to support the overall ticketing sales and service team needs.
