About The Position
We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Membership Sales Associate to join our team. This role involves converting warm leads into first visits, personalizing the guest's sauna experience, and promoting the benefits of our IR Saunas and memberships. You will be responsible for ensuring guests know how to use all sauna/tv features, maintaining a clean facility, and contributing to daily studio metrics. We strive to provide an environment for personal and professional development, making team members feel seen and heard.

Responsibilities
- Convert warm leads into first visits
- Personalize the guest's sauna experience
- Welcome each guest by name and with enthusiasm
- Ensure they know how to properly use all sauna/tv features
- Promote the benefits of IR Saunas
- Communicate the value of having a Perspire Membership
- Maintain clean facility and studio appearance
- Assist with turnover/cleaning of individual sauna rooms
- Contribute daily to studio metrics
