As a Membership Sales Associate, your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional customer service while helping customers choose the best car wash options. You will educate them on the benefits of joining the Unlimited Wash Club, promote monthly unlimited car wash packages, and upsell additional products to existing customers.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role (retail, hospitality, or similar preferred)
• A positive, outgoing attitude and a passion for delivering great guest experiences
• Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to connect with others
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while staying focused on guest satisfaction
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Sell membership packages and consistently meet or exceed goals set by leadership.
• Educate customers on the benefits of each car wash membership, tailoring recommendations to their needs.
• Achieve personal sales targets, sign-up goals, and upsell objectives.
• Drive the store team's success in meeting Ultimate Wash Club sign-up goals, directly contributing to membership acquisition and retention.
• Greet customers warmly, guiding them seamlessly through the car wash process.
• Engage with customers before and after their wash to ensure complete satisfaction.
• Handle transactions accurately at the point of sale.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Collaborate effectively with teammates to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a professional appearance in line with company guidelines.
• Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
