About The Position

We are looking for positive, confident, results-oriented team members who love to connect with people. This role involves selling memberships in a commission-based atmosphere, maintaining a clean facility, and reaching out to potential clients to book appointments. You will promote the benefits of IR Saunas and the value of a Perspire Sauna Studio Membership, set reservations, accommodate members, and give studio tours. Comprehensive training is provided, and there is an established career track to be promoted to assistant studio manager.

Requirements

• No experience is required
• Comprehensive training is offered
• All employees will receive hands-on training
• Gain marketable skills
• 30 years of combined sales experience and are happy to mentor the right employee
• Flexibility to choose shifts within our Saturday and Sunday schedules
• Open door policy: an owner who knows your name and is always open to your needs
• Team members generally work 15-20 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Sell memberships with confidence in a commission-based atmosphere
• Maintain clean facility, turnover/cleaning of individual sauna rooms
• Reach out to those that have submitted their name/phone number to book their first appointment
• Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and the value of having a Perspire Sauna Studio Membership
• Set reservations and book follow-up appointments
• Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome
• Give studio tours to new guests
