Requirements
- Weekend availability required
- Mid-day and evening availability preferred
- Ability to work a consistent schedule

- Daily outbound calls, texts, and client communication

- Personal training, Physical Therapy, PTA, OTA, Massage Therapy, or related fields

- college education preferred
Responsibilities
- Conduct consultations with prospective clients
- Educate guests on Stretch Zone's services and membership options
- Convert first-time visitors into members
- Follow established sales processes and presentation standards
- Consistently work toward individual and studio sales goals
- Follow up with prospective clients through calls, texts, and email communication
- Create a welcoming and professional first impression for every guest
- Answer phones and respond to inquiries promptly
- Schedule appointments and manage client calendars
- Assist with membership questions and client concerns
- Build strong relationships with clients and maintain ongoing communication
- Help members stay committed to their wellness programs
- Monitor client attendance and re-engage inactive members
- Encourage consistency and accountability through proactive outreach
- Support retention initiatives and studio growth
- Maintain accurate client notes and account documentation
- Assist with daily studio operations and administrative tasks
- Keep the studio clean, organized, and presentation-ready
- Support teammates and contribute to a positive team environment
- Utilize downtime productively through lead follow-up, member outreach, and operational tasks
