Perspire Sauna Studio Brookfield is seeking an ambitious, service-oriented professional to join our team with the opportunity to grow into an Assistant Manager role within approximately six months. This is not simply a retail or front desk position—it is an opportunity to develop leadership skills while helping guests improve their health and well-being. Responsibilities
- Delivering concierge-level guest service from check-in through departure
- Educating prospective guests on memberships and wellness benefits
- Building relationships that lead to long-term memberships
- Maintaining exceptional cleanliness throughout the studio
- Opening and closing the studio independently
- Managing appointments and memberships within Mindbody
- Following up with prospective guests through our CRM
- Handling guest concerns with professionalism and empathy
- Supporting daily operational excellence and studio presentation
