The Membership Sales and Engagement Manager is responsible for growing and retaining World Trade Center Seattle membership while achieving annual membership, sponsorship, and revenue goals. This role develops new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, community engagement, and strategic partnerships, while managing the full membership lifecycle from lead generation and onboarding to renewals and upgrade. This position serves as the primary relationship manager for members and prospective members, maintains accurate membership and sales data within the CRM system, and collaborates with marketing to increase awareness, engagement, and lead generation. The role also supports member advisory committees, promotes member organizations, and represents World Trade Center Seattle throughout the business and nonprofit communities. The position exercises discretion and independent judgment in developing membership growth and retention strategies, prioritizing prospective member opportunities, recommending membership and sponsorship solutions, structuring proposals within established parameters, evaluating partnership opportunities, allocating approved marketing and programming resources, and resolving significant member-relations matters. The team member evaluates alternatives, makes recommendations to leadership, and implements approved strategies with limited day-to-day supervision.
