Equinox is seeking Membership Sales Advisors for its state-of-the-art location in Tysons Corner, VA. Membership Advisors are responsible for achieving or exceeding individual sales goals, renewals, and ancillary service goals through strategic outreach, in-club lead generation, and securing member referrals. Advisors must have knowledge of and participate in all the club's services, programs, and products, and build rapport and lasting relationships with prospective and current members to foster a strong referral base and member retention. This role operates under the leadership of a General Manager, with support from a Regional Sales Manager and a sales team.
