About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Membership Representative to join the PREX30 LLC team! In this vital role, you will serve as the friendly face and voice in Base CoWork, engaging with prospective and current members to provide exceptional service and support. We believe the best ideas happen when people feel welcomed, supported, and connected. As a Membership Representative, you will be one of the first points of contact for our members and guests. This role plays an essential part in creating an exceptional member experience, fostering relationships, and ensuring everyone who walks through our doors feels at home.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer service.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency with data entry and basic office software.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Strong analysis skills to interpret data trends and enhance member engagement strategies.
  • Experience in nurturing, negotiating, renewing, and closing sales.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualifications.
  • At least 2 years of professional experience in customer service, sales, marketing, account management, or related deal-closing fields.
  • Fully Bilingual (English and Spanish).
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

  • Greet members and visitors warmly, creating a welcoming environment that encourages engagement
  • Assist prospective members with membership inquiries, providing detailed information about benefits and services
  • Enter member data accurately into our computer systems using data entry skills
  • Manage phone calls professionally, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and clear communication
  • Process membership applications, renewals, and cancellations efficiently and accurately
  • Maintain organized records of member interactions and transactions for analysis and reporting purposes
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and resolve member concerns promptly
  • Partner with the Community Manager to ensure the successful placement of new members.
  • Execute the strategy and process implemented by the Executive Team.
  • Must coordinate community events.
  • Responsible for crafting and preparing proposals.
