This job assumes responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the Sales/Membership Department. The role involves explaining the Fitness Center's offerings as a complete health facility with the goal of selling memberships, connecting members to fitness consultations for retention, addressing members' membership needs, and following up via phone and email with new and prospective members. The position also includes working in Corporate Outreach, maintaining required professional educational hours, explaining the basics of all programs offered for cross-selling, following proper management procedures, and consistently monitoring for safety and cleanliness of the Membership Department and the Fitness Center, while addressing issues professionally and promptly with the highest level of Customer Service.
