About The Position

The Membership Implementation Specialist performs all membership administrative functions including answering phones, reception, data entry, reports, bulk mailing, membership card processing, and payment posting, and CRM use to support the Membership program. This position acts as a team member with the Membership department while delivering high quality customer service.

Requirements

  • Two (2) years related experience in an office environment.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for maintaining membership database by entering all membership information in an accurate and timely manner, ensuring daily deadlines are met.
  • Responsible to post membership payments into database in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Responsible for preparing and mail membership cards for new members and renewals.
  • Responsible to maintain, organize, files, and scan membership materials as needed.
  • Responsible for providing excellent customer service for members and the front office by answering phones, greeting, taking payments, and assisting customers.
  • Responsible for timely and accurate handling of financial transactions and ensuring teammates are balancing tapes and distributing to appropriate departments and managers.
  • Responsible for providing regular reports to the PR, Development, and Membership Manager on all Membership activities.
