The Membership Services Director is the key steward for the Membership Services department that includes but not limited to providing leadership to a team of 5-8 personnel. He/she will be responsible for operating results for Membership Sales, Interclub Marketing, Special Events, Concierge Services and Reception functions of the Club. The Membership Services Director will ensure that club quality and service standards are met, and that creative services and programming are consistently delivered, designed to enrich the lives of our members, guests and staff.
