Successfully builds and preserves trusting relationships by effectively managing assigned book of business. Achieves portfolio growth through one-on-one counseling, onsite events, networking, marketing campaigns and referrals in the community and other locations. Identifies emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status. Participates alongside Membership Development Relationship Manger II to offer Financial Wellness Programs that provides a wide range of virtual and in-person financial educational seminars, webinars, one on one consultations, and gamification campaigns aimed at helping employees of assigned groups live more confidently, and encouraging preventive methods to avoid budgeting pitfalls.
