Requirements
Experience with Microsoft Office Suites required.
Must possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Must have excellent written and oral communication skills, strong customer service skills, be customer/team oriented and able to work with all staff levels.
Must have can-do, positive attitude.
Demonstrated ability to efficiently handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, change-oriented environment.
Must be comfortable with technology and willing to learn and use new technologies.
Self-started who can work independently, complete projects with little supervision and manage/prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously.
The ideal candidate should have completed or be working towards a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications or another related field.
Experience working in an office setting.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities
Support the membership renewal process through member communications, invoicing coordination, reporting, and preparation of materials for renewal calls and meetings.
Research, verify, and maintain accurate member contact and revenue information in Impexium (AMS), including data entry, clean-up, and updating renewal status with appropriate tags for reporting.
Provide customer service support to prospects and members by monitoring and responding to inquiries in the membership inbox and logging interactions in the AMS.
Collaborate with internal teams (Finance, Legal, Marketing) to support renewals and resolve payment or reporting issues.
Assist with data reporting requests and support departmental projects aimed at improving the overall member experience.
Support recruitment by researching prospective members, preparing call notes, and creating target lists that have been checked against our eligibility requirements.
Help prepare for CES, CTA’s annual trade show, and assist with other membership-related meetings and functions.
