About The Position

Masterworks is looking for a Membership Coordinator responsible for identifying, prospecting, and qualifying new investor leads to fuel the growth of our Investment Advisor team. We are seeking a driven, high-energy individual who can spark curiosity in prospective investors, articulate the value of art as an an alternative asset class, and build a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities. This role is designed for someone who is passionate about sales and thrives in a fast-paced start-up/fintech environment.

Requirements

1-2+ years of outbound sales or business development experience
1+ years of experience in financial services preferred
Strong understanding of financial markets and alternative investments
Genuine interest in selling alternative investment products
Proven ability to build rapport quickly and manage a high-volume pipeline
Highly organized, results-driven, and motivated by hitting targets
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be able to work full time
Must be eligible to work in the US

Responsibilities

~400+ outbound calls/day to engage potential investors and introduce them to Masterworks
Qualify inbound and outbound leads by assessing investor interest and readiness through discovery conversations
Articulate the Masterworks value proposition, explaining art as an alternative asset class in a compelling and accessible way
Schedule qualified appointments and hand off warm leads to the Investment Advisor team
Execute effective follow-ups with prospects who have shown interest but require further nurturing
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospecting activity in CRM tools
