Requirements

Positive, energetic, and professional attitude
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable making outbound calls and following up consistently
Self-motivated and goal-driven
Sales or customer service experience preferred
Fitness or wellness industry experience is a plus
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work evenings and some weekends

Responsibilities

Follow up with new leads for both F45 Training and Hopson Health
Contact prospective members by phone, text, and email
Schedule consultations, studio tours, and wellness appointments
Convert inquiries into memberships and wellness clients
Conduct membership presentations and recommend the best programs based on each person's goals
Maintain accurate CRM notes and follow-up schedules
Re-engage past inquiries, expired trials, and inactive members
Assist with community outreach, events, and marketing campaigns
Deliver an exceptional customer experience from the first interaction through enrollment
