The Membership Concierge I delivers the highest quality customer service to all members and guests, serving as the first point of contact to ensure everyone who visits Life Time feels welcomed and valued. This role involves building value-based relationships to increase member loyalty and assist them in meeting their healthy way of life goals within a fun and healthy work environment. Responsibilities include operating as the first point of contact, handling incoming phone calls, educating members on club programming and policies, and assisting with transactions and account changes.
