About The Position

Reef and Marcella Club are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and service-driven Membership & Communications Manager to support the Vice President of Membership and oversee the day-to-day execution of operations and club communications. This role is integral to delivering a seamless, elevated member experience while ensuring consistent, on-brand communication across all platforms. The ideal candidate brings a strong balance of administrative precision, creative communication skills, and a polished, member-facing presence.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in membership, hospitality, communications, or a related field (private club experience preferred)
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a polished, professional tone
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience with CRM/database systems and email marketing platforms
  • Proactive, team-oriented and service-focused mindset with a high level of discretion and professionalism
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general digital tools

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date member records across all systems, including Agylis
  • Support membership processes including applications, approvals, onboarding, and ongoing engagement
  • Coordinate new member onboarding, including communications, app setup, and orientation logistics
  • Assist with membership tracking, reporting, and general member inquiries
  • Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Vice President of Membership
  • Draft and distribute weekly and monthly member communications, including emails and newsletters
  • Gather and curate content across departments to ensure timely, relevant, and engaging messaging
  • Manage and maintain the Marcella Club app (Pacesetter), ensuring content is current and aligned with brand standards
  • Oversee email marketing platform execution, including formatting, scheduling, and list management, working closely with the Reef Marketing team to maintain brand consistency
  • Ensure all communications reflect the Marcella brand voice-polished, concise, and elevated
  • Assist in the planning and execution of member events, including logistics, communications, and on-site support
  • Manage RSVP tracking, guest lists, and event communications
  • Support the development of event collateral and promotional materials
  • Manage and maintain key platforms including: Marcella Club App (Pacesetter), email marketing platforms, Agilysys membership system
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, organization, and communication through system enhancements
