About The Position

Starr Pass Golf Club, located in Tucson, AZ, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Full-Time Membership and Marketing Coordinator! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management. Provides comprehensive Club marketing and member relations support, including member engagement, reception, communications, website development and upkeep, digital and social media content, email marketing, newsletters and Club publication development, flyers, promotional campaigns, daily-fee golf and resort marketing, membership marketing, and Club event planning and execution, with the goal of increasing awareness, participation, revenue and overall engagement while enhancing the Club experience for members, guests and prospective members.

Experience with member engagement, reception, communications, website development and upkeep, digital and social media content, email marketing, newsletters, Club publication development, flyers, promotional campaigns, daily-fee golf and resort marketing, membership marketing, and Club event planning and execution.
Ability to maintain strong relationships with current members.
Ability to support membership acquisition, onboarding, engagement, satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities

Maintains strong relationships with current members and works closely with the Membership Director to support membership acquisition, onboarding, engagement, satisfaction and retention, while encouraging participation in Club events, golf, dining, resort amenities and social activities.
Supports the overall marketing strategy and execution for the Club, including membership, daily-fee golf, resort, dining, events, amenities and other Club initiatives. Develops and executes targeted marketing campaigns to increase membership leads, event participation, golf rounds, dining utilization, resort engagement and overall Club awareness.
Develops, schedules and distributes marketing and member communications across multiple channels, including email campaigns, newsletters, website content, social media, digital presentation boards, promotional materials, Club announcements and targeted communications.
Maintains and updates Club digital platforms and communication tools, including website content, event postings, registration pages, flyers, digital presentation boards and other online resources, ensuring information is accurate, timely, engaging and consistent with Club branding.
Partners with the Membership Director on membership marketing initiatives, including prospect communications, new member incentives, referral programs, onboarding and retention campaigns.
Supports marketing and promotional efforts for Club events, golf programs, dining promotions, resort offerings and other initiatives, while working collaboratively with Membership, Golf, Food & Beverage, Sales & Catering and other departments to ensure consistent messaging and a cohesive member and guest experience.
Maintains regular interaction with members and attends Club functions and social engagements to understand member needs, promote Club offerings and identify opportunities to enhance engagement, service and overall Club culture.
Serves as a knowledgeable resource for members and prospective members, responding to questions regarding Club offerings, events, amenities, membership benefits and policies with accuracy and professionalism.
Assists with marketing and membership reporting and analytics, including tracking leads, engagement, campaign performance, event participation and other key performance indicators to evaluate and improve marketing initiatives.
Assists with event planning, scheduling, registration and execution, including administrative and marketing support during Club events, while working with appropriate departments to meet participation and financial objectives.
Maintains a thorough understanding of membership categories, rules, regulations, and member benefits.
Effectively communicates with management and associates, provides solutions and recommendations to improve member satisfaction and Club operations, and promotes a consistent hospitality culture and brand experience across all member, resort and daily-fee touchpoints.
Performs other duties as required and self-initiated to support Club development, marketing objectives, member satisfaction and overall business growth.
