About The Position

This position works across different teams and departments, fostering strong collaboration between technical and business stakeholders. You will support initiation, design, testing and implementation of membership system changes and enhancements.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in business operations, business administration, or business information systems.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with teams across all levels.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office software products, including Outlook, Word and Excel required.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of Microsoft Access, SQL, Tableau preferred.
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT) experience preferred.
• Auto Club Enterprise Membership operations experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that Membership system performance and testing meets organizational standards resulting in quality products that meet end-user requirements.
• Assist in developing detailed test plans and be responsible for related test phase tasks.
• Execute test cases, document test results, and escalate issues as needed.
• Identify Membership best practices, policies, procedures and programs for Membership Department as well as for all Auto Club Enterprise employees.
• Develop, maintain and enhance various reports and reporting tools.
• Recognize, design and integrate continuous improvement components to meet redesign needs, including supporting development of automation tools.
