Reporting to the Director, Finance Operations, the Membership Administrator is a self-motivated, detail-oriented, organized administrative professional responsible for daily Club management support, responding to general inquiries, and occasionally liaising with members. As a key member of our team, you ensure smooth administrative operations and exceptional member support. You efficiently handle inquiries, process membership adjustments, prepare invoices, and maintain accurate records - all with a keen eye for detail and timeliness. Beyond daily tasks, you play a vital role in team growth by providing feedback to the Director, Finance Operations, helping shape training and coaching opportunities. Your problem-solving skills make you a valuable resource for members and staff alike. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines while ensuring accuracy. Whether assisting Club Managers, supporting operations, or collaborating with your team, you’re always ready to step in and make a difference.
