About The Position

Join our Membership Administration team and help build a culture that delivers on the promise we make to our members – feel welcome, feel comfortable and feel healthy. Reporting to the Director, Finance Operations, the Membership Administrator is a self-motivated, detail-oriented, organized administrative professional responsible for daily Club management support, responding to general inquiries, and occasionally liaising with members. As a key member of our team, you ensure smooth administrative operations and exceptional member support. You efficiently handle inquiries, process membership adjustments, prepare invoices, and maintain accurate records - all with a keen eye for detail and timeliness. Beyond daily tasks, you play a vital role in team growth by providing feedback to the Director, Finance Operations, helping shape training and coaching opportunities. Your problem-solving skills make you a valuable resource for members and staff alike. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines while ensuring accuracy. Whether assisting Club Managers, supporting operations, or collaborating with your team, you’re always ready to step in and make a difference. You actively participate in team meetings, share best practices, and stay up to date on MOVATI policies. At the core of it all, you’re not just managing tasks—you’re elevating the member experience. Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in administration and customer support
  • Strong communicator with a service-first mindset
  • Able to build relationships and solve problems with ease
  • Organization, time management, and multitasking skills
  • Comfortable working independently while handling multiple priorities
  • Tech-savvy
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Working knowledge of Ignite (member management software)
  • Quick to adapt to new technologies
  • Thrives in a dynamic environment
  • Ready to tackle challenges
  • Always looking for ways to improve the member experience
